Using the same fun, interactive, and engaging theater-themed approach that TEACH Me ADHD is known for, the Director’s Cut Workshops empower teens (ages 13–18) to take charge of their own story.

With 10 workshops to choose from — covering executive functioning, emotional regulation, and real-life skills — teens can attend one, a few, or all. Every workshop is open to all teens (with or without ADHD), because these skills benefit everyone.
