Hi! I’m Dr. Nerissa Bauer, Creator of TEACH Me ADHD.

After a diagnosis of ADHD, families need to think about next steps.

Treatment of ADHD is much more than medication management. It requires an ADHD Care Plan to help kids and families understand everything they can do to begin to work with their brains and unlock their potential

More about Dr. Bauer

That's why I created TEACH Me ADHD, my signature course, to onboard parents and kids together along with a small group of other families.

Getting kids up to speed requires a fun, inviting and interactive atmosphere.

When you join TEACH Me ADHD, you and your child become Sr and Jr Detectives to look at the clues and gather data on how ADHD shows up in your home and life.

More importantly, when kids and families get the facts about ADHD and learn together, magical things happen: connection, communication and collaboration.

Plus graduates of the program embrace their ADHD because it is a part of who they are! Kids also have learned self-advocacy skills to carry them through life.

TEACH Me ADHD was created in October 2020 with my first group of 6 families. Since then, families across the United States and Canada have joined the All Deeds Help Detective Agency!

Because of the course's popularity, I began licensing the program to other pediatricians and health care professionals who were interested in delivering TEACH Me ADHD to their communities.

We are proud of our amazing team of TEACH Me ADHD licensed professionals who continue to carry on HQ's mission.
