TEACH ME ADHD is an 10-week virtual course package with 6 months of support for parents! When you buy the course, you are getting access to 8-weeks of interactive classes for children with ADHD and their parent to take together AND 2 bonus parent only sessions with a certified ADHD Parent Coach!

Children MUST have a diagnosis of ADHD and have a parent or other caregiver willing to take the course with them. Recommended ages of children are 8-12; however, some 7.5 year olds have done well (child dependent).

What to Expect

8 Interactive Zoom classes with your child with up to 11 other families
2 BONUS parent-only group sessions with Julie Gates, PCC, PA-C designed to set parents up for success and get your family across the finish line!
All 10 sessions are 75- minutes (sessions including your child have a brain break too!)
TEACH Me ADHD video supplement of all 8 classes to review for 6 months starting from date of first course package meeting -Perfect if you have to miss any classes or are late.
If for whatever reason you cannot make a specific class you can also request to jump into any other concurrent class by a different instructor (if space allows) so you can still get the content "live"
