I believe families can get through anything when they have the knowledge and skills to face the road ahead.
That's why I've developed TEACH Me ADHD for families to TAKE TOGETHER. When kids and parents learn together, they grow together.
My classes are designed to help open up discussion, teach concepts in child-friendly ways and promote positive family interactions while having fun.
My ADHD Sleuths membership provides a safe community, resources and opportunities for ongoing learning for parents.
TEACH ME ADHD is my signature course. It is an 8-week interactive virtual course for kids with ADHD (age 8-12) to take with their parent(s), with other families. The course has a detective theme and kids and parents choose code names. There are family missions and deeds to work on together each week. Course package includes a total of 6 months of support in our exclusive TEACH ME ADHD Facebook group.
Starting in 2024, there will be multiple offerings of TEACH Me ADHD taught throughout the year, not only by Dr Bauer, but by officially licensed pediatricians and medical providers.
Once families complete this course, parents will have the option of continuing community membership. Perks include: Access to weekly TEACH to Go podcast episodes, parenting book club author interview archives, Sr Detective virtual coffee chats, Jr Detective meet ups and more and gain continued access to our ADHD Sleuths Facebook group.
TEACH ME ADHD On Demand includes everything in the TEACH ME ADHD Course WITHOUT the zoom classes.
This is ideal for families who want to do the course but:
- Your child is busy with extracurricular activities year round
- You just got the diagnosis and you cannot wait for the next time Agency doors open
- You or your child have "zoom fatigue"
- Zoom class offerings are hard to fit in your family schedule
- Your child feels uncomfortable in group situations
You can ask HQ for an accountability partner (another On Demand family) so you can support each other and make sure you get through each module!
